Contact us
Email support@matchy.gg, or use the contact form (the "Contact" link at the bottom of every page, or Settings → Contact us in the app). We usually answer within 2 business days.

Report or block someone
Every profile and every conversation has Report and Block (in a conversation, open the "…" menu). You can also report people you already blocked from Settings → Blocked accounts. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and users who break our Terms are removed.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Settings (gear) → Delete account. On the website: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, matches and messages. If you can't sign in, email us from any address with a link to your Steam profile and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Signing in and your game library
You sign in on Steam's own page — we never see your password. If your library or hours look empty, set Steam → Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → Game details to Public (and turn off "Always keep my total playtime private"), then tap Sync on your Matchy profile.
Notifications
Turn match, like and message notifications on or off in Settings → Notifications, or in your device or browser settings.
